Looking Back on Our History

It’s impossible to celebrate a milestone as important as our 90th anniversary without becoming somewhat reflective. What I find most awe-inspiring as I look back at nine decades is that we created more than 17,000 life-changing partnerships between Seeing Eye® dogs and people who are blind or visually impaired.
We couldn’t have done it without our supporters — caring and generous people like you!
As we reminisce, The Seeing Eye is looking forward to another 90 years of doing great things together with you. In partnership with our donors, we will train more guide dogs and help more people who are blind lead richer, more independent lives. All made possible thanks to our donors!
