On May 10, The Seeing Eye held its annual Dinner Party, presented by Merck Animal Health, at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, NJ. The theme was a celebration of the state dog of New Jersey: the Seeing Eye dog. The Dinner Party included a cocktail hour with Seeing Eye puppies in attendance and a five-course meal prepared by some of the finest chefs New Jersey has to offer.

The host for the night was Seeing Eye puppy raiser Guy Adami of CNBC’s Fast Money. Guests heard from Seeing Eye President and CEO Peggi Howard and Merck Animal Health Chief Financial Officer Kyle Baker. Next, attendees listened to messages of support from Senator Anthony Bucco,  Assembywoman Aura K. Dunn, Reed Kean behalf of his father, Governor Thomas Kean, and Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill sent in a special video message. Seeing Eye Board Chair Cynthia Bryant, Seeing Eye Trustee and graduate Cliff Aaron, and Seeing Eye Master Instructor Shannon Manahan spoke about the importance of The Seeing Eye’s mission and the impact it has had on their lives and the lives of the thousands of people who have been served by the organization over 94 years.

Thank you to all those in attendance and to all those who helped create such a wonderful and successful event.
