Follow-Up Services

Once you leave The Seeing Eye campus with your dog, our commitment to your team’s success really just begins.  We are available for you whenever you have questions or need special instruction relating to your specific needs.

As you know, instructors are busy training dogs and working with students, so they spend much more time out of the office than in.  The best way to insure you receive a call back is to leave a message with one of the switchboard operators.  Several times daily, training supervisors or other senior instructors assigned to phone duty   collect messages for call back.  If you wish an immediate response, it is best not to ask for a specific individual, since that person might be unavailable to return calls.

Email is an excellent communication tool, however, training questions are best answered live via a telephone conversation.  If you would like to send a note about you and your dog, please send it to gradservices@seeingeye.org.  For emergencies and serious issues, always call rather than using email, since emails can get lost and an email may not always include all the information necessary to respond to your needs.

If you would like to send a note to a specific instructor, send it to gradservices@seeingeye.org and designate the name of the person to whom it should be directed.  You may also send a note via regular mail to The Seeing Eye, P.O. Box 375, Morristown, N.J. 07960-0375.
