Puppy Sitting Information

The Seeing Eye strongly encourages puppy sitting rather than kenneling in the event that you must travel during your time as a puppy raiser. It is healthier for your puppy and allows them to continue club meetings/activities and not be limited by the three week quarantine to home after kenneling.

Our department has developed the forms below to assist you and your puppy sitter. These forms are PDF's that will allow you to type in the required information and then print them out. Please be sure to let your area coordinator know where your puppy will be staying while you are away.
