Hors d'oeuvres - Executive Chef Keunsoo Park
Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster, NJ

Executive Chef Keunsoo Park comes from a colorful and decorated background. Immigrating to America with nothing but his dream to share culinary passion with the world, he had humble beginnings as a dishwasher in a Japanese restaurant. Through diligence and a drive to succeed, he learned the art of sushi making and was promoted to sous chef soon after.  However, Keunsoo’s drive to succeed birthed in him a calling to share his passion for food with, not only the Asian community, but the entire world. He enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America. At CIA, he was educated in the art of fine dining with a concentration in French and Italian cuisine. As one of the first Korean graduates from CIA, Keunsoo is considered a pioneer. His experience and drive attracted well-known employers, such as Hotel Millennium and Mount Kisco Country Club, to hire him as Sous Chef and Executive Chef respectively. He now serves as Executive Chef at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster. Never forgetting his roots, Keunsoo masterfully incorporates flavors and ideas from his previous experiences, while keeping true to the standard of fine dining. His journey from a humble dishwasher to the executive chef at one of the finest country clubs in the world is the embodiment of the American Dream. Keunsoo now resides in Bergen County with his beautiful wife and two lovely children.

1st Course - Chef Brett Carriere
Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster, NJ

Brett’s passion for cooking presented itself in early childhood. Born and raised in Readington, NJ, his father, John, was his culinary influence. A young boy at the age of 8, you could find Brett in the kitchen helping prepare family dinner, over watching cartoons or playing outside. As he got older and approached his teenage years, Brett began working at The Ryland Inn under the guidance of Chef Craig Shelton. During his time there, he knew he wanted to have a career in the Culinary Arts and became a classically trained chef at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. With a degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management, he returned to his roots to work in notable kitchens such as Elements, TPC Jasna Polana, The Ryland Inn (again) and most recently, as Executive Chef of Buck Hill Brewery in Blairstown. With all of his experience, Brett honed in on cooking with sustainable and local ingredients. His love for South American and Asian flavors can be found in his dishes.
With years of continued success and invaluable hands-on experience, Brett is thrilled to fill the roles of Chef de Cuisine at TNGC.

4th Course - Chef Ariane Duarte
Ariane Kitchen & Bar, Verona, NJ

Chef Ariane Duarte's love for cooking began as she was growing up, watching her grandmother cook the family dinners. She applied and was accepted to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Upon her graduation, she was hired as a sous chef at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange. Two years later she accepted a line cook position at The Terrace in NYC. After three years, she accepted a position as the lead grill cook at Dallas' prestigious Star Canyon. Here she met her husband, Michael, with whom she moved to Chicago to cook in his family’s restaurant. While in Chicago she broadened her culinary knowledge by taking a position at Trio, and as an assistant for one of Charlie Trotter’s cookbooks. She moved back to NJ and accepted the position as opening chef de cuisine for Vine. Within eight months she was given the title of Executive Chef. During the same time, Ariane was also running her own catering company, CulinAriane, in New Jersey. When Vine closed its doors, Ariane and Michael opened CulinAriane.

Presented with the opportunity to be on Top Chef Season 5, Ariane jumped at the chance. In 2013 she competed and won the premiere season of "Cook Your Ass Off." With appearances on the Today Show, Iron Chef and the Tyra Banks Show she has not stopped. She has also been a contributing chef for several magazines. After almost nine years and one expansion, CulinAriane, with Ariane still commanding the stoves, excelled as one of New Jersey's best restaurants. In the Fall of 2014, she will open Ariane Kitchen & Bar in Verona.

5th Course - Chef Andrea Lekberg
The Artist Baker, Morristown, NJ

6th Course - Chef Erica Leahy
Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen, Morristown, NJ

Andrea Lekberg and Erica Leahy have collaborated throughout their professional friendship of 15 years. They first worked together in Brooklyn at Sweet Melissa Patisserie. Since then, they have done events with The James Beard House and Morris Arts. Most recently, they were the opening pastry team at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen. Since then, Erica has gone on to be the full time pastry chef at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen and Andrea continues to run her pastry shop cafe, The Artist Baker, in Morristown.
